Some MISUNDERSTANDING in final score value

Now, I am trying to test TruFOR model and I am getting this result, which actually 'Localization map' is predicting th right area and 'Confidence map' too. But what I am not understaning is score value. Why it is too low? I think my knowledge is not enough . Please could you help me to understading the logic (behind). Thank you ...

Hi, in this case the localization map is accurate but the confidence map seems to be problematic. It looks like a failure case where the confidence map "cancels" the localized regions, deeming them unreliable. That's why the score is low in this case
