yes

What outcome were you hoping for?

Check point measurement P15 depends from pin 3 (INTR) U19 SIS5351C and resistor R104,that point need to gave around 3.25V, but I don't have any voltage, what other elements or chipset close to U19 can cause that hardware error

Our firmware does not configure the behavior of INTR. INTR being pulled low does not indicate an error.
