Require Docusaurus builds to succeed before merging docs-website PRs #104

We've had at least one merge of a docs-website PR deploy a failed build to production (#99, fixed in #102). Let's either:

  • Require the preview workflow to succeed
  • Run yarn build on the GHA runner and require the build to succeed before merging
