I paid a bill for $111.13 from Tor Ekeland for #432 (comment).

Is there any document describing how are the monthly $500 bill splitted? I found this amount pretty huge (I guess that a lot goes into hosting…) but I wanted to have more details in order to think of a way to reduce it.
