Mission

The mission of the accounting team is to account for the money we move.

• settle on tooling (convert to GnuCash finances#22)

Our operations balance is $5,185.35. I'm writing a howto for logging our financial statements.

HOWTO started in b8c1414, addresses PNC and New Alliance. Our other active accounts are PayPal (escrow), PayPal (operations), and Braintree.

@kaguillera and I called Braintree support: they keep history indefinitely.

We've seen in the past that PayPal makes history inaccessible after a couple years, so it may be worth continuing to work on PayPal history today.

PayPal is not answering the phone very quickly. Presumably they are swamped with calls right now. :-)

I guess we won't worry about PayPal today, either. Hopefully they're back before payday tomorrow!
