Brain dump:

• Security is piling up and getting stale. We're getting "What happened?" follow-ups from the original posters. Blech. :-/
• We seem to be converging on determine Gratipay's response to questions about the Gittip crisis #319 (response to Gittip Crisis). Maybe we publish something this week?
• I spent most of last week setting up books (set up accrual accounting #308). It's pretty close but not quite done yet.
• Developer onboarding continues to present issues. Latest: make pytest: You tried to register an orm model for typname elsewhere_with_participant, but no such type exists in the pg_type table of your database. gratipay.com#3789. 😞
• Pivot and Balanced Shutdown are both stuck.
• We're entering the final stages of the 1.0 refund. BIG DEAL.
• I want to look at Onboarding next, on site at @catapultpgh.

• change from CC0 to MIT liberapay/postgres.py#36 - easy one, need somebody to close
• Switch to pure python pyScss from libsass (no need in C++ on Windows) #340 - pure Python SASS is better for Windows, needs merge

There is a chance to present Gratipay at #346 - the choice lies between service concept, or a story about Gittip crisis can be told there.

We should use these things as ways to improve communication about what Gratipay is and who it is for: http://arrdem.com/2015/09/28/thoughts_on_gratipay/. Not to argue about the philosophy (which is still radical), but about rules for joining and how it works.

Doesn't look familiar. I think it has to do with the math for charging in arrears, which isn't well-documented (gratipay/gratipay.com#3791).

Diving back in on #308 to balance our books, and then over to gratipay/gratipay.com#3763 to start generating the list of people to refund for advances (gratipay/gratipay.com#3539 after that for 1.0 refunds).

I'm -1 on retweeting accounts with "porn" in their username, because I see Gratipay as more clean-cut than that. Thoughts, @kzisme @mattbk @tshepang?

I see where you're coming from and completley understand. I figured it was more good marketing than bad since it was obviously not porn, but at a glance it could be mistaken.

The general idea I had was to retweet since more eyes would see it along with our competitors.

I'll remove that now.

Also someone just retweeted a tweet from April...here that is...I was surprised and confused by that.
