1994 Birth Year Not Supported

Hey there, when I try and link my bank account, I'm presented with only the following years 1900-1993, I was born on October 18th, 1994 and I am legally 18 years of age but I'm unable to select my birth year.

I had already "changed" my birth year to 1993 so I could add my bank account, I'm not allowed to remove this information.

@clone1018 I show one withdrawal since you joined, but no bank account currently on file. Did you delete your bank account info? Is everything working for you with the 1993 date or do we need to fix something still?

I just tried deleting my bank account so I could re-enter my birth year but the option is not shown.

Right, the identity and bank info are actually two separate things, though both are on that one form. The idea is that once your identity is verified you don't need to do that again. I'll open a support ticket with @balanced to see how to proceed.

If I understand the problem correctly, then it seems like the solution is to add the ability to edit ones "Identity Verification" information.

@clone1018 Are you having the same problem as @jnoller? My understanding is that he sees something like this on the bank account page:

And then when he fills out the name, account number, and routing number, and "Save"s it, he gets an error. Maybe that error message is "Birth year not supported?"

I see that form, but this error:

"Failure: Invalid Date of Birth" - I think just exposing the DOB on the form and pushing that with the payload would work?
