Thanks to @bruceadams and @seanlinsley for fire-fighting. I'm afraid I caused this problem in #2093, ... as I now see that @bruceadams identified at #2093 (comment). :-(

@bruceadams @seanlinsley For the record, #1583 is where this first cropped up on Gittip, which led to liberapay/postgres.py#26 and http://psycopg.lighthouseapp.com/projects/62710-psycopg/tickets/183.

Bottom line is that the workaround until liberapay/postgres.py#26 is ever resolved is to do a heroku restart whenever we modify the schema.

Though it's not every schema change that requires that, only when we add columns to tables that we run through psycopg2's composite caster machinery, which is primarily participants.
