"Standup, Eh?" for Feb 4/5

Chad and I participated in the first weekly hangout today. We're hoping we can make future ones a little bit more like an agile standup meeting. (But not like this.)

Since one standup won't please everyone, Chad will be hosting "Standup B" (#1950) and I'll be hosting "Standup, Eh?". (haha Get it? I'm the most hilarious man in Canada.)

When? Wednesday, 02:00 UTC (aka Tuesday @ 9:00pm ET / 6:00pm PT)

Here are the important bits:

• short: 2 min/person max, time-boxing speakers if needed.
• 3 talking points for each person:
  1. what did you work on this past week?
  2. what do you hope to work on this coming week?
  3. do you have any blockers or concerns?
• post-scrum: if you have any items that would challenge your 2 min limit, just make a note that you'd like to add a post-scrum item for X. Anyone interested can stick around, but it's not expected.

A simple "I didn't do anything" or "I won't have time to chip in this week" is totally fine. This is mainly just a check-in, to help keep Gittip in focus for those who work best with face-to-face contact.

And obviously, this will be recorded for a Hangout-on-air, so make sure you're cool with that.
