Gittip Retreat Wrap Up

I'm working on a brief summary related to the Core Product discussions for the blog over in #1360 but want to put together a more comprehensive document, some combination of minutes and reflections for Gittip historical purposes-- and to give a picture of the retreat to those who weren't there, weren't there for the whole thing, or who come onto the project in the future-- and dont' want to wade through ten hours of footage.

If participants have notes and/or get a chance to post general thoughts as reflection here, that would be great!

Also, the here's the list from #1415 -- who else came, including party visitors, hosts and helpers?

@heidigardner Were you expecting to publish this info somewhere besides this ticket? I think collecting reflections / info on a ticket like this is a great idea.

Depends on how the ticket turns out, but at the very LEAST we would have it here. But I was thinking of putting it together as a document. I'll probably even sift through the videos over time and put in some gems. ;)

(And don't ask how it got closed and reopened. There is a reason I am not coding. ;)
