Default text / placeholder text for Toots

We should make the default text for toots be the "huzzah" from the IRC room: "You're doing good work, xyz!"

Not only is this in the spirit of the gittip community, it'll also give users a sense of what toots should be like.

@whit537 I would suggest closing this issue since @jamieforrest hasn't replied in more than ten days and it works fine as far as I can tell. (also keeps the ever growing list of open issues down)
