I've got the DO VPS spun up and ready to go. I've fetched/rebased the repo there. Now it occurs to me that running payday could launch the homepage-query-updating thread from #1155, which would be non-ideal. Looking into it ...

Nope! We're okay. :-)

configure-aspen.py is not exec'd during payday, and that's a good thing (though we should still probably give payday it's own repo [#549])
