When you toot there ought to be a horn

When you toot your own horn there should be an optional horn sound that blares (like you were on a boat pulling into the docks). Obviously use HTML's tag to avoid Flash.

It needs to be a distinctive horn sound, so when you hear it from an accidentally unmuted laptop at a conference, you know a good thing just happened. :)
