Layout improvements

Given that there's a link to the access dashboard from building.gittip.com, it seems that the access dashboard could use facelift.

In particular I was thinking it could use some UI layout improvements.

I was planning on assigning this to myself but I'm guessing because I'm not a member of this repo I can't do that.

Hey Barnett, thanks for offering to look into it! Nothing in the repo is sacred, so feel free to do whatever you feel the need to. @whit537 had previously expressed interest in having json output from the app that could be requested from building.gittip.com. Having said that, any visual improvement is a step forward :)

heads up that complete refactor coming down pipe in rails-recode branch, as trying to rebuild the app properly (and learning rails) :)

That sounds good. I'd like to help with the improving the design / layout
of the app, to go along with the backend changes in the refactor,
