If you build with X.509, then sign with rubygems-openpgp, the installer gets mad because the .asc files aren't signed.

This may have worked with rubygems 1.8 and broken in 2.0. Test this out.

I confirmed that I can dual sign gems in 1.8.25 but not in 2.0.3.
