Expand evaluate matching to dissimilarity linked periods

The method evaluateMatched only does fixed-base and period on period chained indices, but could be expanded to evaluate matching for dissimilarity-linked periods. This would be helpful for seeing how good a balance these measures provide to the usual period-on-period chain and fixed-base indices.
