Cli wallet command execution "transfer_rta" returns an error:

Step 1. Send command

transfer_rta FAemK2Qs... 100

Step 2. Received response:

Error: transaction <87f11f8e6....> was rejected by daemon with status: Failed
Error: Reason: RTA validation failed
