Hi,

I have a problem during install plugin. Error log:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=DefaultProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

I'm using Eclipse STS4 4-4.19.1.RELEASE

I try to install from eclipse marketplace and manual.

Edit: Maybe host down?
