手机小程序中，视频上传进度值明显不对，progress.progress 达到100之后，需要很长时间之后，才会收到 qiniuUploader.upload 成功的回调。文件越大，问题越明显！

两个手机（iPhone，华为）测试，华为手机非常明显，iPhone基本没问题
