Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The existing alerts API uses ID as identifier of provider and namespace.

This has less visibility for user as one should explore and call Siren API what does the id refer to.

Describe the solution you'd like

We could have more visible provider and namespace identifiers in the URL by using provider and namespace urn.
Urn is unique and could be used interchangeably in the API.
