Thank you for the well-written README/wiki about building for different platforms. I'm using CMake to develop on Windows and Linux. The paragraph Installing the package only describes how to install open-vcdiff for Linux but apparently no such instructions or automation exist for Windows. Would you guys be willing to help implement support for the vcpkg package manager so Windows can also benefit from the ease of running a single command to install and link against this library?
