Help and Suggestions to Make the Docs Friendlier

I have some questions and suggestions in my mind and I don't know if all of them will be useful, but here they are:

1. Why is the mono_repo package not used by Flutter?
2. I think that putting Kevin Moore's talk on the DartConf 2018 would give newcomers a lot of context about the repo.
   • As would Why Google Stores Billions of Lines of Code in a Single Repository by Rachel Potvin.
3. Enumerating best practices about the repo would also be really nice.
4. A "motivation" section would serve to put more context into why this exists.
5. Is there an article or video showing more examples of use of this repo?
6. Could you add a Flutter Travis template as an example?
   • What about a template with integration tests in Flutter (Flutter Driver)?

Anyway, I think that making this repo more accessible to the community will be crucial to empower new companies with Google's hard-earned lessons in managing large repositories, and, so.
