The spacing on the pins isn't right for the part on the BOM; also lacks a resistor or some other driver since it's not self-oscillating.

I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00W8YCCXO/ but I don't remember if the standard build is on the 3-pin power switch tail output or one of the 5-pin connectors. @cunninghamsandwich can you get a picture of the standard build and put that in the repo?
