Usage and Tracking of Cache Layer Feature #18812
-
We have recently enabled the Layer Caching feature and tested some large pulls, but I don't see any improvements in the performance or in time and even I don't see any spike on our Azure Redis Cache usage and even anything in Harbor logs!
Is there any other configuration, I'm missing and how could we track the layer caching operation? Can someone please advise. |

Hi @srinath-chandra, based on the information provided in this wiki, enabling the CDN to cache blob files is necessary to achieve improvements in large-scale pulling scenarios. Once the cache layer is enabled, you should see a marked improvement in overall performance. For more details, please refer to the improvements listed in the wiki. cc @chlins |
