bug服务端重启后，客户端缓存的token失效。
服务每次重启，都会导致已存在的token失效。
保存模式为gredis.
redis中也存在历史的token记录。但每次服务重启就导致客户端环境的token失效。
因此无法满足token的有效期策略。
