The next pager (>) arrow button should have consistent placement on the page to avoid mouse movement.
Eg. Assume there are three pages of bookmarks. Clicking the arrow for the first time takes you to the second page. Without moving the mouse, after the page has finished loading, clicking again should take you to the second page.
