After 60 days of no commits, automated workflow runs are disabled....

This is probably applicable to fakemachine & debos.

obbardc added a commit that referenced this issue Jul 1, 2024
GitHub disables workflows if there is no activity in the repository after
60 days. Run a separate standalone job to re-enable the workflow on a
regular scheduled job.
