Overview
This PR is for v0.4.0 and adds a major system in; the
SynapseRecord. This can be utilised to remove the need for the manualprepareNotificationcalls in the reducer. In addition it adds the start of the demo page, changes in the dictionary creation process, and additional changes to the API, and theProvider.Issues:

Update old tests- This requirement was removed to ship the newest working version. Hardening will follow
