Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

When we have a 3D image, we have a scroll bar with the Z-slice number but it doesn't respond to any mouse shortcuts.

Describe the solution you'd like

It should respond to the mouse scroll (anywhere) or touchpad swipe (over the bar only?).
