CssSyntaxError: Missed semicolon #30

when I add this plugin I get an error saying Missed semicolon when building my project.

It's a next.js project

this is my .babelrc

  "presets": [
    [
      "next/babel",
      {
        "styled-jsx": {
          "plugins": ["styled-jsx-plugin-postcss"]
        }
      }
    ]
  ]
}

And my .postcssrc

{
  "plugins": {
    "postcss-preset-env": {
      "browsers": ["last 2 versions", "ie >= 10"],
      "features": {
        "nesting-rules": true,
        "color-mod-function": {
          "unresolved": "warn"
        }
      }
    }
  }
}

Even without loading any postcss plugins I get this error.
