Scripts to execute the methods used in the manuscript and plot the figures in the manuscript.

• method_scripts includes the scripts and data formats needed to run SINGE and some of the other methods
• plot_scripts includes MATLAB scripts which use intermediate results (provided in plot_scripts/data/) to recreate figures used in the manuscript
