OpenELEC OPi unofficial addons

This is partialy compiled "OpenELEC unofficial addons" (https://github.com/OpenELEC/unofficial-addons/) for OrangePi.

vim: highly configurable text editor built to enable efficient text editing.
udpxy: UDP-to-HTTP multicast traffic relay daemon
screen: terminal multiplexor with VT100/ANSI terminal emulation
tvheadend: a TV streaming server for Linux supporting DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-C, DVB-T, ATSC, IPTV, and Analog video (V4L) as input sources
transmission: a fast, easy and free BitTorrent client
openvpn: a full featured SSL VPN software solution that integrates OpenVPN server capabilities
tcpdump: powerful tool for network monitoring and data acquisition
