Given a user that is part of an organisation O:
- We fetch dashboards whom organisation is organisation O OR dashbords shared with organisation O.
- A section should be dedicated to 'Dashboards that are shared with my organisation'
- An attention should be given to how we distinguish, ergonomically, between
  - sharing a dashboard inside of the same organisation (with the readers/writers system)
  - sharing a dashboard with other organisations.
