Summary

While we have implemented Datadog RUM generically, it can be difficult to diagnose certain user workflows, particularly when querying for an incident. Implementing custom action tracing with additional parameters can greatly help with investigating customer issues.

NB - this interface is exposed already under RealUserMonitoring which can be used across the codebase.
