The fix for radios resetting does not work

What area of the game

When I turn my car off and enter a cutscene and then re-enter my vehicle once the cutscene ends, it is playing a completely different song. This is most noticeable on stations like The Beat where it always resets to the beginning of its tracklist. To clarify I am on patch 1080 and on 3.4.0

What should happen

The radios should not reset to the beginning.
