Highlight all occurrences of a selection

Is there a possibility for a feature that allows highlighting all occurrences of a word (or any selection, for that matter) on a web page simultaneously?

This would be extremely helpful as an additional feature for SingleFile. A Chrome extension that implements this in a simple way can be found here:

Another very helpful feature would be the option to save files as MHT instead of HTML, because then you could open the MHT files in Word and edit them, including all embedded images and the like.
