Issue: The live demos do not work
Steps to reproduce: Open any of the Plunker live demos (such as: http://plnkr.co/edit/vdgKVJOymMYhiyqZrPma?p=preview).
Additional information: In the console, a lot of unpkg.com related 404 errors are thrown. Maybe an issue with the polyfills?
