[App Request] Nextcloud Office

Hi Umbrel community 👋

I would love to have a pretty and modern Office solution on Umbrel without going through an external server. As Nextcloud is already available in the App store, I think Nextcloud Office would be a very good fit to fill the lack of similar applications !

Do you think this solution is doable and easy to add to Umbrel as a side application of Nextcloud ?
