Summary

I sometimes have the need to restart deployments. Seabird should implement a button to execute a re-deployment of a selected resource.

Motivation

In daily operations of a cluster you need to restart things manually. We should have a function to do this.

Proposal

Implement a button to execute a re-deployment of a selected resource (deployment, stateful set).
