Set language for opengraph and schema.org in exampleSite

Hello Mark,

in the current exampleSite, the default language en-US are always used for nl + fr. I first had to search for the corresponding config in the code. I find it easier if the config is already available.

Is there a different logic / historical in the config unter [schema] ?

[author] > [schema.author] ?
