Gauge not found at startup of Eclipse

I tried installing Eclipse plugin for gauge. I keep on hitting below error -
"Make sure Gauge is installed and available in Path : Could not start Gauge API
Could not find executable in PATH or GAUGE_ROOT. Gauge is not installed."

I have tried everything available to troubleshoot this issue, still no luck.

I am using Eclipse Neon.1a Release on Mac OSX ( 10.12)

@akanksha4lal We haven't tested the Gauge eclipse plugin with Eclipse Neon. But for this specific issue, can you try:

• Run gauge -v on terminal and see if gauge is in PATH.
• Open eclipse from terminal as open /Applications/eclipse/Eclipse.app

I would recommend you to use Gauge-IntelliJ plugin as it is far ahead in terms of feature compatibility as of today.
