Not sure if this a design choice to just do one account at a time? But might be useful as an option to allow things like warehouse usage to pick up all accounts at once? Ultimately to end up in models like daily_spend

Hey @GtheSheep - the reason for now is that we need the account_usage views to create the models in the project. account_usage only represents the current account's data. But, if there's value to create less granular models off of organization_usage too to capture all spend, then that would be a good addition.
