For instance, generate template.index.html and tutorial.index.html files that contain a project and its tutorial, respectively, which can directly be opened and run in a web browser without having to be uploaded to a GeoTag-X or PyBossa server.

This would also remove the requirement of having to install a GeoTag-X/PyBossa server to test one's projects.
