Google Apps error occurred

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change a users password
2. Check the log files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Update google password for user.  When the GoogleHashUpdater.log is checked the 
following error is displayed "Failed to update password: A Google Apps error 
occurred."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lastest version on Windows 2003 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
