Port fixed to 8000 and could not change

Hi I am using Windows 10, I try to change the port but it seem the server always start at port 8000 no matter how I change it.

Strange - I don't see this issue happening in my most recent installation. What version of Go are you using? @YingcaiDong

may be you need to put dir in double qoutes..
