Add MATLAB .mexw64

As of now, only a 32bit compiled version for MATLAB exists. Unfortunately, we can not install a 32bit MATLAB at our institution. Can you please provide a 64bit version or complete the Python version?

I'd highly appreciate it.

I unfortunately do not have access to MATLAB anymore, but you should be able to force MATLAB executable to open as 32bit.

(Bit embarrassed, I see I never configured the cpp files for creating the mex output, so will need to do that again.)
