Incorrect Matrix user URI format #140

I_VZD_TIM_Provider_Services.yaml uses describes Matrix user IDs in URI format as using a matrix:user/ prefix:

This is incorrect, matrix-uri-scheme says that it must be matrix:u/, and states that user was used during development and MUST NOT be used.

Note that the example given in gemSpec_VZD_FHIR_Directory in Tab_VZD_TI-Anwendungen_Endpoint uses the correct format.
