Interpolation

Interpolation of satellite imagery is a very important thing, because of cloud interference, here is the interpolation JavaScript code (idw and kriging) provided by gee, but when I try to use the code format of geemap (from javascript to python) to convert the function, it did not work.

Does anyone implement the interpolation function through geemap?

I ran the code you provided （https://github.com/giswqs/earthengine-py-notebooks/blob/master/FeatureCollection/idw_interpolation.ipynb）and there is still a problem.

the error is :

EEException: Projection: Argument 'crs': Invalid type.
Expected type: String.
Actual type: Dictionary.
Actual value: {}

Define an area to perform interpolation over.

aoi = ee.Geometry.Polygon(
[[[-95.68487605978851, 43.09844605027055],
[-95.68487605978851, 37.39358590079781],
[-87.96148738791351, 37.39358590079781],
[-87.96148738791351, 43.09844605027055]]], {}, False) I change the aoi into my region feature, then the error will be gone.
aoi = ee.FeatureCollection('projects/......../boundary').geometry()
According to #929, maybe specifying the aoi is the solution.
