Problem with Safari

Hello,
When trying your demo on safari browser, using the tab key let you get out of the modal box.
From the third input field, pressing tab sets the focus to the address bar instead of the submit button.

It appears that accessible-modal-dialog is no longer supported. https://github.com/KittyGiraudel/a11y-dialog is a possible alternative. :)
