Unable to log in

New user here. I’m unable to get logged in. I receive ” Login Error, Other Error or iCloud is not Available” when I submit iCloud credentials.
I am certain I use the correct username and password.

For your issue, Apple changed the method they use to verify passwords last week and in still working through the changes to get iCloud3 running again. There is a long issue here about that
